Step 1: Pre-Estimate Building Review and Assessment
An opportunity for us to learn a little bit about your project and for you to tell us your needs. Please fill in the form on our Contact Us page to tell us a little bit about your needs.
Send us your address so that we can look at your property on-line.
Do you have plans and /or photos you can send us?
Will you be installing the gutters yourself or will you want us to do this for you?
Step 2: No Cost Estimate and Project Consultation
We’ll send you an easy to follow estimate and proposal.
We’ll answer any questions and, if you like what you see, we’ll discuss next steps with you to move the project along.
Step 3: On-Site Install Verification
Before any install work is actually performed, ideally we’ll double-check the estimate matches our on-site inspection of the project. If there is any variance in the proposal, we’ll discuss this with you ahead of starting work.
If any changes are required, we’ll update the estimate to get your approval and then we’ll secure your order’ material.
Step 4: Installation and Customer Satisfaction Review
The Install is usually quite exciting for the customer. As the product goes on, you’ll see the transformation - like icing on a cake!
When the install is complete, we’ll review everything with you to ensure you are completely satisfied.
